How to Save a Life

When it comes to personal stories or reviews about Kudo Cases we tend to not publish the good nor bad and leave it up for the public to decide which reviews they can relate to.  One story though caught our attention and we just had to share.

“Being a parent and a business owner is a pretty grueling job at times, but luckily there are some accessories that make it a bit easier on a day to day basis, one of these accessories being my iPad, which is actually more of a necessity than an accessory. I use it for everything from appointment settings, creating proposals, to taking family photos, and video taping all of our biggest moments, including our kids first words and steps.

So of course, I needed a case to keep one of my most precious possessions safe but wanted one with some features, this led me to purchasing a “Kudo Case.” All the reviews I've read were really comforting and the solar feature along with the tree planting program sold me, the only question I had left was how durable it was, a question that would be answered not by choice.

So one day, as I'm dropping my kids to school and heading to the office, I'm rushing as usual, but everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. I get to the office and then notice my iPad isn't in the passenger’s seat like usual so I begin to panic. My heart sinks as I diligently search to no avail for my tablet. Unlike younger iPad users I don’t have everything synced to prevent losing data, so this was a serious issue.

After two hours of attempting to recover data, my phone rings and it’s my wife, letting me know she found my iPad in the gutter in front of our neighborhood. It turns out, I left my Kudo Case on the top of my car and it flew off as I hit the main road. What she said next shocked me, your case is pretty beat up but your iPad is totally fine!

Talk about a good day, my Kudo Case also only suffered some deep scratches but nothing too bad. I can honestly say that without my Kudo Case, my iPad, along with all the data on it would have been road kill.
